Designed around a marketing strategy to cross sell Ply Gem’s building product brands, the company debuted “The Designed Exterior” at IBS attracting customers and prospects while drawing praise from the media and investors. The impressive exhibit built from Ply Gem brand products emphasized flexibility, design aesthetics and key product features. Five times each day throughout IBS, crowds gathered to watch presentations given from a center podium and projected onto an 84" Glasfire screen. Brand reps from every division manned the exhibit and were trained to speak to – and qualify – visitors on each of the product sub-brands. With targeted press outreach and social media efforts, Ply Gem held 30+ press interviews in their exhibit, which generated significant press coverage. Real-time social media coverage during and after IBS was impressive.
